I don’t know about you, but I’ve always been of the opinion that is it not very difficult to provide good customer service. Do what you’ve said you will do for your customers, and they’ll be happy. Seems pretty simple, right?
As I’m sure you’re all well aware, it seems good customer service is becoming more and more difficult to find. If we were playing a game of word association and you gave me “bad customer service”, I could come up with a handful of personal examples without having the chance to blink. But “awesome customer service”? Those examples are few and far between.
This is exactly why we’ve decided to use our blog to give a shout out to those organizations that we do see going out of their way to make their customers’ lives a little bit easier and their days a whole lot brighter. It’s our way of paying it forward and saying thank you!
